Lutheran World Relief Kits

Lutheran World Relief kits are specifically designed to help people coping with poverty, disaster, conflict and more. Starting now until October 20, Central is collecting supplies for personal care and baby care kits. Making kits is a simple, fun, and tangible way to offer comfort to those suffering and express love our neighbors in need. Monetary donations are also accepted, so we can purchase supplies in bulk. Items can be dropped off at the church office between 10am and 2pm during the week, or in the sanctuary on Sundays. See below for what we are collecting.

Baby Care Kits:

• Cotton t-shirts (no onesies)
• Sleepers/ gowns (without feet)
• Receiving blanket
• Cloth diapers (flat fold preferred)
• Diaper pins/ large safety pins
• Jacket with a hood
• Hand towels (dark color)
• Socks

Personal Care Kits:

• Light-weight bath towels (dark color)
• 8 or 9 oz bars of soap (individually wrapped)
• Adult toothbrush (individually wrapped)
• Sturdy comb
• Metal nail clippers
