It’s Finally Fall! (& we’re ready for it to start feeling like it!)
Pumpkin spice everything is out in stores and coffee shops and we’re ready to start our fall line up of activities! Find the ones you like and come join us – ALL are welcome here!
Sunday mornings – Sunday school is back in person! We have adult and kids’ classes at 9:00am every Sunday – enjoy the fellowship as we make new friends and grow together in our study of God and His love & word for us!
Bible Studies – Tuesday Morning Bible Study in the library every Tuesday at 10:00am; Men’s Bible Study Tuesday evenings in the library at 7:00pm; Lydia Circle meets the Third Monday of each month in the library at 7:00pm and includes Bible Study, business meeting and fellowship.

October:
October 1st – Hooked on Love. Interested in learning to crochet or knit? Been doing it for years and would like fellowship with a group who enjoys it, too? We’re making lap blankets, shawls, and baby blankets to contribute to various ministries. We currently meet at the Bethany fellowship hall (10101 Walnut Hill) at 1:00 the first Saturday of each month.
October 22nd – Bethany CDC Fall Festival!
Come enjoy the Festival with our Child Development Center (CDC) friends & families! Funds raised in the carnival will benefit the programs and needs of our CDC.
The garage sale we were planning has been rescheduled and is in the works.
October 30 – Oktoberfest! After worship we’ll enjoy brats on the grille and special German fare to share. Bring a side dish or dessert to share and enjoy the fall fun and fellowship! Sign up on the “Count Me In!” sheet by the coffee pot.
October 31 – Trunk or Treat! 5:00-7:00pm Bring your little ghouls and goblins ready for trick or treating! We’ll be set up in front of the church with our cars set up ready to greet them. If you’d like to participate to hand out candy, please arrive no later than 4:45 to get you car in position and set up. Decorate your trunk and/or car as you’d like. Adults are welcome to wear costumes, too, while we hand out candy!

November – 5 – Hooked on Love, 1:00 at Bethany fellowship hall
November 20 – Thanks-for-giving potluck & cookie exchange. Turkey and Ham are provided for this traditional Thanksgiving meal. Bring side dishes and desserts to share! The Lydia Circle ladies are once again holding a cookie exchange. Bring a batch or two of home-made cookies to share in this annual tradition. All the cookies will be set up and you’ll have the opportunity to go down the tables and choose which cookies to fill your goodie box to take home! $5 small box, $10 large box.
November 27 – first Sunday of Advent!
Looking forward to Wednesday evening soup suppers and vespers during Advent!
